Awh, happy anniversary to your parents! My weekend plans are up in the air….I was supposed to take the girls to a birthday party today but woke up with the most killer migraine ever. We had to miss it – mama guilt is setting in big time!

Love that string heart! I’ll definitely be checking out that post! I finally was able to break out my sewing machine after a few months hiatus. Trying to figure out how to sew something in a certain way takes a lot of patience! But practice makes perfect right?! Did you start off your sewing journey with a lot of trial and error too?

oh yes, there was a lot of error in the beginning!!! :) what helped me the most was perfecting my straight stitch first. being able to sew in a straight line makes everything else fall into place :)
